Fiesta Bean Salad


Fiesta Bean Salad

Core recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 x 410g can mixed pulses
1/2 x 198g can sweetcorn with peppers
75g cherry tomatoes
1/2 med ripe avocado
2 tbsp fat free French dressing
1 little gem lettuce heart, leaves seperated

Method:
1. Rinse and drain the pulses, drain the sweetcorn, halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado.
2. Mix the pulses, sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes, and avocado together with 1tbsp of the dressing
