Chicken, Sweetcorn and Vegetable Soup

Serves 4

1 Chicken Breast
1 Chicken Stock Cube
Pinch of dried chilli flakes
Tin of Sweetcorn
Any free Vegetables - I use Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrots
2 Pints of Water

Dissolve Chicken Stock cube in 2 pints of boiling water and place in saucepan.

Add chicken breast (raw) chopped into cubes and sweetcorn.

Season with salt and pepper and add chilli flakes.

Bring to boil then simmer for 20 mins.

When cool blitz in a blender.
