Ingredients
-350g (e.g. 3 and half points worth e.g. loads) of charlotte potatoes
-fry lite
-Season- all seasoning
-onions
-garlic
-mushrooms

Instructions
1. Cut potatoes in half and par boiled...
2. spray them with fry lite and sprinkled on some season-all seasoning
3. Cook them in the oven (at about 200 for 30 mins).
4. Dry 'fry’' some onions (sliced up and put in a small fry pan with a couple of tablespoons of water until all water evaporated.
5. and some garlic mushrooms (same method as onions but with 3 cloves of crushed garlic in it)
