Chicken Ragout


Chicken Ragout

Serves 2:
3 points each

Fry light spray
375g diced chicken
1 onion, finely sliced
Garlic
400g chopped tomatoes
2tsp oregano
2tsp basil
1 tsp sweetener
2 tbsp tomato puree

1. spray non stick pan with frylight
2. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes until browned all over. Remove with a slotted spoon.
3. Add onion to pan and fry until tender
4. stir in tomatoes, herbs, sweetener, garlic & tomato puree
5. season with salt and black pepper
6. Return chicken to the pan and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes until sauce has thickened.
7. Serve with pasta/ baked potato ( adding points
