Banana Oat Cakes

Banana Oat Cakes 

(or Cookies. The thinner the crunchier!) 

These are “free” on F&H or SS. 

The whole recipe is only 7pp 

50g of porridge oats per banana (5pp) 
5tsps of Sweetener Frozen or fresh Berries (your choice) 
1 egg per banana (2pp) 
Oh yeah and a banana (this makes 5 biggish cookies) Extra Options 

* I also added 1/2 tsp of honey which is 0pp 
* I put a dash of cinnamon and ginger in mine too 

- but you can mix anything you like in them as long as you add any additional points that you need to 

 Mash banana and mix with oats. Mix in the egg and add berries and sweetener. Heat the oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 4) Bake for 20mins, or until golden
