Breakfast loaf

Breakfast loaf

10 rashers smoked bacon fat removed
6 hard boiled eggs .  ( I used 4)
500g extra lean pork mince
Garlic granules
Pork seasoning (schwartz )  (I used 2 tsp)
Salt Pepper

Combine mince with all seasonings and garlic by hand. layer a loaf tin with the bacon over lapping it. spread half the mince on?place eggs in a row. cover with remaining mince. wrap the bacon over the top Put in over on 180 (fan assist) Cook for 25 mins then drain off juices spray with fry light then return on 200 (fan assist) for 30 mins to crisp the top

Serve hot or cold xx
