Shortbread

Shortbread

Serves 8

Points per serving: 6½ (Original points)

150 g butter
150 g flour
75 g cornflour
75 g caster sugar


Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.

Rub butter into the dry ingredients. Once combined knead lightly and press into a large greased flan dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes but do not brown.

Leave to cool and then cut into 8 portions.
