Fish in a lime and Ginger Sauce

Core recipe
Serves 4

3oz Fresh coriander
3 tablespoons of fresh ginger peeled and sliced
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons tumeric
4 pieces of fish -cod, tuna whatever you fancy

Pulse coriander, ginger and garlic in a food processor to make a paste Mix together lime juice, oil and tumeric and stir into paste.
Put fish into oven proof dish and coat with paste
Cover and bake in oven for 15-20 mins at 180ÂșC or until fish is cooked

I like to serve this with stir fried or steamed vegetables especially cabbage
Its also good with noodles or rice
