Core Fish Pie

Core Fish Pie

Serves 6

6 white fish fillets (I used a mixture of cod & haddock)
bag of ready cooked prawns
mushrooms
leeks
peas
tin campbells mushroom soup
tin campbells asparagus soup
potatoes
extra light philly
skimmed milk

Bake the fish in some skimmed milk at 180 for 15 mins.

Drain off milk and keep to one side. Break up fish and add prawns. Fry leeks, mushrooms and peas and then add to fish mixture. Mix the soups together with some of the skimmed milk from earlier to the desired consistency and then add to the fish. (save a splash of the milk for the potatoes).

Boil potatoes, mash with the milk and extra light philly. Top the fish mixture with the potato and then bake for 25mins until golden on top.
