(6oz) plaice or lemon sole fillets, fresh or defrosted, skinned
30g (1oz) low fat soft cheese with garlic and herbs (EXTRA LIGHT philly)
2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
30g (1oz) low fat soft cheese with garlic and herbs (EXTRA LIGHT philly)
2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Preheat the
grill
Place the
fillet on a piece of foil or in a suitable dish.. Spread the cheese on
the fish and add the tomatoes.
Cook under a
moderate heat for 4-5 minutes.
Serve on a
bed of salad.
