Sweet Chicken Curry

Sweet Chicken Curry

Serves 2


2 Large Mushrooms
1 Onion
2 Carrots
1 Pepper
1 or 2 Chicken breasts off a cooked chicken tho so you get a stringy affect
Curry powder
Tomato Puree
Tsp Sugar
1 pint of Chicken Stock

Cut all the veg up really small and dry fry them in a wok. Make up your chicken stock with a pint of boiling water and add to the wok, add the chicken then put as much curry powder as you like in add the sugar and tomato puree and let it simmer the longer you leave it the better it gets!!
