Tuna Slice

2 onions
3 sticks
celery
200g tin tuna
in brine, drained and flaked
50g oats
40g dried
skimmed milk
1 tbsp tomato
puree
2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
LIne a 1lb
loaf tin with a strip of foil to fit the base and ends. Spray with
frylight. (Or alternatively use baking parchment paper)
Mince or
grate the onions and celery. Mix with the flaked tuna and remaining
ingredients. Season well. Press into loaf tin and bake for 1 hour at Gas
4/180ºC/350ºF.
Turn out and
serve hot or cold.
