Creamy Smoked Salmon & Pasta

A really nice, filling lunch, can be eaten hot or cold!

60 g dried wholemeal pasta
60 g smoked salmon
50 g WW chive and caramelised onion cream cheese spread
50 g spinach, rocket or watercress (or combination of all three)
1 tbsp capers (optional)

Cook pasta according to instructions on packet, drain well

Add pasta back to pan on very low heat, add cream cheese and stir in quickly.

Remove from heat and add smoked salmon and mixure of leaves. stir well.

Can be eaten immediately or popped into a tub in the fridge and taken to work for lunch the next day.
