Souped Up Chicken

A Sainsbury recipe

Points: 2½ pts per chicken breast.  Add points for soup.

Poach skinless chicken breasts in fresh tomato & basil soup. 

Bring the soup to the boil, add the chicken and simmer for 15-20 mins until cooked through.  Great served with wilted spinach. 


Good with pasta/rice.
