This recipe
has been adapted form a Turkish recipe book I have.
Ezo Bride Soup
Serves 4

serving 2½
Frylight
1 small
onion, chopped
1 litre
chicken stock
100g bulghar
wheat (cracked wheat)
100g red
lentils
1 tbsp tomato
puree
salt &
pepper
2 tsp paprika
Spray a
non-stick pan with Frylight and gently fry the onion. Pour in the chicken
stock and bring to the boil.
Add the
bulghar wheat, lentils and tomato puree. Stir and simmer for 20 mins over
low heat. Adjust seasoning.
Serve
sprinkled with paprika.
