Butternut Squash & Pear Soup

Serves 6
1 butternut squash peeled & diced
1 litre water & 2 chicken oxo
2 pears, peeled, cored & chopped
1 chopped onion
1 tsp curry powder
Place all in a large pan. Bring to the boil
and simmer until the veg is tender, approx 25 mins. Puree, season and
serve.
