bag frozen casserole mix veg

stock cubes
1
litre boiling water.
Handful
of red lentils
1
potato
curry
powder to taste
Stick
everything in a large pan. Simmer until the veg is soft and the lentils
are cooked.
Blend
and adjust seasoning.
(This
is lovely if you use tikka masala blend powder......almost a mulligatawny
flavour...like the indian restaurant)
