Carrot and Cauliflower Soup

1½ litres water
1 cauliflower
3-4 carrots,
1-2 onions
4 tablespoons parsley
4 chicken stock cubes (or to taste)
Cut veggies up in chunks, bring to boil and then simmer
around 20 minutes until veggies are soft. Blend until smooth and adjust
seasoning.
