1 medium Potato
½ white cabbage
40g portion of low fat cheddar
drop of milk
Optional extras
Onion, mustard
Boil and mash potato
Boil cabbage
Dry fry onion (if using)
Mix the ingredients, keeping a little cheese fro sprinkling on top.

Put all of the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle on
the cheese, bake for about 15 minutes at Gas 5.
