Cheesy hash

Serves 1 
6 pts per serving (original points)

400g Potatoes 
Onion
carrots
Turnip
Veg Stock Cube
40g 1/2 fat cheddar cheese

Peel potatoes & cube, chop onion finely or coarse dependant upon your taste. Put them together in a pan and cover with water and add veg stock cube, cook until tender. 
Peel and dice turnip and carrots and boil in a separate pan until ready.
Once both potatoes and veg mixture ready mix together and mash and half of the grated cheese to the mixture. Pour out into an oven proof dish and spread the remaining cheese over the top. Put into the oven gas mark 5 for 20 mins then serve
