Baked Egg Custard
Serves 4: 6 points for the whole recipe. 1½ pts per serving (original points)
3 Medium Eggs
1 pint skimmed milk
3 Tablespoons
granulated artificial sweetener
nutmeg
canned spray oil
Pre-heat the oven to Gas mark 3/170
C/325 F.
Warm the milk in a saucepan.
Whisk the eggs and sweetner lightly
in a basin. Pour on the hot milk, stirring all
the time.
Spray an ovenproof dish with spray
oil
Strain the mixture into this dish,
sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake just below the centre of the
oven for about 45 minutes or until set and firm to the touch
