tomato puree
low fat cheese, grated
herbs,
black olives (optional)
Spread
pitta with tomato puree and sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Place olives on top
and grill for 8-10 minutes.
You
can put anything on these pitta pizzas from anchovies to pineapple, just change
the points.
Be careful though, they can burn so make sure you keep an eye on them
