PEPPERED BEEF
GRILLSTEAKS
Serves 4
450g extra
lean minced beef
25g chopped fresh coriander (optional)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 heaped teaspoon mustard
1 egg yolk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Topping: 1 - 2 tablespoon mixed whole peppercorns, slightly crushed
Place all the burger ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
Shape into four equal-sized oval burgers press peppers into one side of burger,
cover and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat the grill to hot. Cook the burgers under the grill for 15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning once.
