PRAWN TOAST

PRAWN TOAST

Makes 8 pieces (1 points for all 8)

2 slices WW bread
150g cooked prawns
1 egg white
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
2 teaspoons sesame seeds.

Puree the prawns; mix in the egg white, sauce and seasoning.
Spray a baking tray with Fry light divide the prawn mixture between the 2 slices of bread.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, bake in hot oven until crispy, cut into 4 triangles
