Cheats veggie lasagne

macaroni
cheese (small tin)
cottage cheese (large-ish tub)
100g quorn mince
medium onion
red green and yellow pepper
large tin chopped tomatoes
spray oil
10 black olives (optional)
three lasagne sheets
make
a spaghetti bolognaise style sauce using quorn mince, onion, peppers and
tomatoes and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
stir macaroni cheese and cottage cheese in a separate dish.
spread thin layer of cheese mixture on to bottom of large, flat dish.
Layer with lasagne and bolognaise sauce, finishing with cheese sauce on top.
sprinkle cut olives onto top.
Place in a medium oven for 40 minutes and serve.
You
can use meat mince but you would have to recalculate the points.
