BEANS WITH CHORIZO
Serves 4
Love this for lunch! Quick, easy and tasty!
2.5 Syns per serving
150g chorizo, diced - 10 Syns
1 onion, finely chopped
400g can beans, drained (I like Butter Beans
best for this recipe but I suppose any will do).
400g can chopped tomatoes with chilli
Handful of baby spinach
Spray a large pan with Frylight. Gently fry
the onion and chorizo until the oils from the chorizo run and the onion has
softened.
Add the beans and tomatoes, bring to the boil
and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook for a few minutes
until wilted.
This is also lovely with a HEX cheese grated
over and served with a HEX chunk of crusty bread.
