WEETABIX MUFFINS


WEETABIX MUFFINS

2 Weetabix (HEB or 6.5 syns if not using as HEB)
2 eggs
1 tbsp sweetener
1/2 pot Muller light


1.
Preheat oven to 180o.


2.
Crumble Weetabix into a bowl.


3.
Add sweetener, eggs & yoghurt.


4.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.


5.
In a silicone muffin tray divide between 4-5 muffins


6.
Bake for 20-25 mins


Nice with berries and yogurt for breakfast, or with a cuppa during the day.

You can also add cinnamon (syn free) or dried fruit and syn accordingly.
