WEETABIX MUFFINS
2 Weetabix (HEB or 6.5 syns if not using as HEB)
2 eggs
1 tbsp sweetener
1/2 pot Muller light
2 eggs
1 tbsp sweetener
1/2 pot Muller light

Preheat
oven to 180o.
|

Crumble
Weetabix into a bowl.
|
|
|
3.
|
Add
sweetener, eggs & yoghurt.
|
|
|
4.
|
Mix
all ingredients together until well blended.
|
|
|
5.
|
In
a silicone muffin tray divide between 4-5 muffins
|
|
|
6.
|
Bake
for 20-25 mins
|
Nice with
berries and yogurt for breakfast, or with a cuppa during the day.
You can
also add cinnamon (syn free) or dried fruit and syn accordingly.
