Tredington Chicken

Tredington Chicken
(Serves two)

2 Chicken breasts (cubed or stripped)
Can of cambells 95% fat free chicken soup
1 Onion
A few mushrooms
2 tablespoons of Low fat Mayonaise

Topping
2 ryvitas
packet of low fat crisps (french fries or quavers)

Fry chicken in fry light oil (0 points)add onions and mushrooms. Add chicken soup and 2 tablespoons of mayonaise, stir. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle crushed ryvita and crisps on top. Put into a medium/hot oven for about 15-20 minutes.
