Based Pasta

2 Mugfuls of
Pasta - any kind (400g when cooked)
2 Bunches of Spring Onions
1 small Courgette
2 Large Mushrooms
1 Green Pepper
1 Tin of Tomatoes
2 Oxo Cubes (whatever flavour you prefer - I use beef)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chop up all the
vegetables and dry fry them for a couple of minutes on a medium heat.2 Bunches of Spring Onions
1 small Courgette
2 Large Mushrooms
1 Green Pepper
1 Tin of Tomatoes
2 Oxo Cubes (whatever flavour you prefer - I use beef)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Add the tinned tomatoes, oxo cubes and salt and pepper. Make sure that you keep it on a medium heat as it may stick to the pan.
Cook for about 10 minutes. Whilst this is cooking, cook up your pasta.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and serve it with the sauce.
