Salt & Pepper Chips


Salt & Pepper Chips

Potatoes
Sunflower Oil (1PP per tspn)
Frylight
Salt
White Pepper
Chilli
Garlic
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Onion
Spring Onion

1. Cook chips using the potatoes and some frylight (cook them in any way you like and in any quantity)
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, chilli, spring onion, red pepper and green pepper. Cook for about five minutes
3. Add the chips to the stirfry pan…. Mix well… that’s it!
