HAWIIAN PITTA PIZZA


HAWIIAN PITTA PIZZA
Serves 1
1 co-op wholemeal pitta bread
5 tablespoon passata or tomato puree
42 grams grated mozzarella (3pp)
2 slices of ham chopped
a few chunks of fresh pineapple
1/4 red/yellow/orange pepper, chopped
half a red onion, chopped
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
Spoon the passata/puree over the pitta bread, then sprinkle the onion, ham, peppers and pineapple.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the oven for 15-20 on the middle shelf.
