FOUR-SPICE SEASONING


FOUR-SPICE SEASONING

Tunisia

1 tablespoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
l/2 teaspoon dry mint, crushed
1 medium garlic clove, peeled, crushed to a paste

Mix all the ingredients together. Use as needed.

Makes 1 generous tablespoon.
