Flapjack
10oz porridge oats
1 medium grated apple
2 mashed banana
1 egg, beaten
1tsp cinnamon (other spices optional to taste)
1 tsp of sweetener
Mix all ingredient together.
Line a baking tray with grease proof.
Spoon mixer into tray and compact down keeping a good depth on the flapjack.
Bake for 20-30 minutes gas mark 6 or until cooked & golden brown.
Mark into 8
Leave in tin until completely cool.
