Banana
Loaf
450g Low fat
natural yogurt
2 mashed
bananas
Mix together
then add
300g oats
2 teaspoons
of baking powder
2 tablespoons
of artificial sweetener (I used Tesco own brand)
1 tablespoon
of ginger (or cinnamon, depends on preference)
Cook for
about 35-40 on 180 (fan oven)
Next time I
will be putting in another bananas & artificial sweetener as I have a sweet
tooth
