Chocolate mallow crispie cakes.

Serves 20
prep/cooking times = 15 mins

150g (5 1/2oz) marshmallows
25g (1oz) cocoa powder
15g (1/2oz) butter
125g (4 1/2oz)rice krispies

1. Place marshmallows in a bowl over a pan of simmering water with the cocoa powder and butter and heat gently stirring, until the marshmallows have dissolved and you have a smooth chocolatey mixture.

2.stir in the rice crispies and mix well. Divide the mixture between 20 individual paper cases and chill for 1 hour.

(can store these in an airtight container for up to 7 days) ha! who are they trying to kid!
