Chicken Spring Roll


Chicken Spring Roll

Chicken (chopped really small)
Mixed Stirfry Veg
Soy Sauce
Worcester Sauce
Oil (daily allowance)

1. Cook chicken in a wok. Set aside.
2. Cook mixed stirfry veg with frylight
3. Add 2 tblspn Soy and 1 tblspn Worcester sauce
4. Add chicken back into mix
5. Wrap into ww wrap. Brush with oil from alloawance
6. Cook in oven for 10 mins until wrap is crunchy. It doesn’t really work as a spring roll, but even so, the meat and veg mix in the wrap is yummy!
