Cauliflower Fried Rice


Cauliflower Fried Rice

Cauliflower Florets
Green Beans
1 Courgette
Egg
Oil
Chinese Five Spice
Garlic

1. Blitz Cauliflower Florets in a food processor until it has the consistency of rice. Alternatively you can grate it.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic. Then after 1 min add finely chopped green beans and courgette. Then add the cauliflower. Cook for approx 4 mins stirring regularly. Add 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice (I used curry powder as I had no five spice)
3. Crack in an egg to the mix and stir well. Serve once mixed.
