Burritos are the original hand held Mexican street snack. Flour Tortillas are used to hold an infinite variety of fillings.

 

4 Discovery Flour Tortillas
400g Diced Cooked Chicken
270g Discovery Salsa
100g Grated Cheddar

1. Place 100g chicken, 25g Salsa and 25g cheese on Tortilla.
2. Wrap into parcel.
3. Microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes on full power (650W).
4. Top with more Salsa and guacamole.
5. Serve with Mexican rice and refried beans or simply a tossed salad.

Alternative Fillings

Burritos can be filled with any fillings, e.g. Chilli, Tuna & Sweetcorn, Beans & Mixed Vegetables.
