Soft Tacos

Soft Tacos
Serves 4

Soft Tacos are an excellent lunch-time snack.

 

1 x 15ml Tbsp Oil
350g Minced Beef
30g Discovery Taco Seasoning
100ml Water
8 Discovery Flour Tortillas

1. Heat oil and brown minced beef. Add Discovery Taco Seasoning, water and stir well. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until tender and liquid is reduced.
2. Warm the Tortillas. Divide the mince into the centre of each Tortilla.
3. Top with Salsa, shredded lettuce, grated cheese and soured cream.
4. Fold each Tortilla around its filling and serve.

Anything that works in a sandwich, works in a Taco.
