Banana, Oat & Cranberry Biscuits


Banana, Oat & Cranberry Biscuits

Serves 12
0pp each Filling and Healthy (1pp if you eat 6, 2pp if you eat all 12!)
1pp each Tracking
1 banana, mashed
100g dry rolled oats
30g dried cranberries
1. Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
2. Using a tablespoon, packed the mixture in firmly, then turn out onto a lined baking tray. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
3. Cook at 180oC (fan forced) for 15 minutes.
