Pomegranate & Mint Raita

Mix together 350g natural yogurt, 2 tbsp fresh chopped mint, 150g cucumber, deseeded & chopped, ½ tsp red chilli powder, and the seeds from 1 pomegranate.  Stir, season and serve garnished with mint leaves
