400g tin chickpeas
half onion finely chopped
1 tbs of chopped coriander
1 tbs of chopped mint or parsley
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp gram flour (chickpea flour)mixed with 2 tbs water
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 200ºC Gas 6
Put chickpeas in blender and process for a few secs. add onion coriander,mint, garlic, spices, gram flour paste and olive oil. Process for a few secs until combined.
Form into balls and place on baking tray with frylight. Cook for about 20 mins in oven until golden, turning once
