Vegan Chilli

Vegan Chilli

Core recipe

one onion chopped finely
4oz mushrooms
2 carrots chopped --- can vary veg
2 green chillis with seeds removed chopped
1 red chilli with seeds removed chopped
1 level tsp of cumin
1 level tsp of paprika
1/2 level tsp of cinnamon
2 garlic cloves crushed
one can of tinned tomatoes
3 level tsp of tomato puree
one can of red kidney beans
Frylight
2  tbsp of vinegar
1 level tbsp of granulated sweetner

Gently cook in Frylight the onion, garlic, mushrooms and your other chosen veg.
Add the tomato puree stir for one minute and then add the tomatoes.
Add the carrot and the spices.
Medium simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the kidney beans vinegar and sweetner.

Cook on a medium heat for a further 10 minutes then serve.
