100 g very low-fat plain fromage frais
1tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Colmans English Mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp curry powder

Cook the onion
in a little water until soft.
Add all the spices
Slice the mushrooms and cook until soft.
Off the heat, add in the fromage frais.
