Mushroom & Butterbean Stroganoff

Mushroom & Butterbean Stroganoff

Serves 2
4 points per serving
Core recipe

1 large onion
1 lb mushrooms
420 g Sainsbury's Butter Beans, In Water With Sugar & Salt Added
100 g very low-fat plain fromage frais
1tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Colmans English Mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp curry powder

Cook the onion in a little water until soft.
Add all the spices
Slice the mushrooms and cook until soft.
Off the heat, add in the fromage frais.

Nice served with rice or a jacket potato.
