Quorn Pasta
Sauce
Serves 4
Core recipe
Large onion
1 red pepper
1 green
pepper
Garlic to
your taste
Jar/box
passata
1 spoon of
Marmite
Teaspoon of
basil
Paprika
One 300g bag
of frozen quorn mince
Mushrooms
Put a little
oil in a pan, heat it and cook the quorn for a few minutes and then keep to one
side.
In another
pan, fry the onion and garlic until the onion is transparent, add peppers and
cook for a few minutes. Add the quorn mince and the passata bring to boil then
turn down and let simmer.
Add spices,
herbs and marmite, stir till it dissolves.
After 10 mins
add mushrooms.
Serve with
pasta or in a baked potato or with rice.
