Chickpea Sausages

Chickpea Sausages

Core

1 large chopped onion
15oz can chickpeas
1tsp sage
1tsp mixed herbs
1tsp curry powder
2 eggs beaten seperately
3oz dried polenta

Dry fry the onion and then add all other ingredients except 1 egg and the polenta.

Split into 8 and roll to make sausage shapes. roll in egg and then in polenta. 


Refrigerate for 20 mins then bake @  gas 6/ 200ÂșC for 10 - 15 mins (until golden brown)  eat hot or cold.
