Potato, Tomato & Quorn Hash

Potato, Tomato & Quorn Hash

If you haven't tried quorn before, this is a good recipe to start with.  A spicy and substantial meal.

Core recipe
Points plan 3 per serving

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
250g quorn pieces
450g potatoes, cut into small chunks
230g plum tomatoes, roughly chopped
Tabasco sauce

Heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic gently for 4-5 mins until softened.  Stir in the quorn and fry 4 mins.


Add the potatoes, tomatoes and Tabasco sauce to taste.  Cook 10 mins, stirring.  Check seasoning and serve.
