Add a tortilla extra 2 points.

2 Chicken breasts.
Onions
mushrooms
Garlic
Pkt Mexican taco mix
1 x 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes
½ tin sweetcorn
2 tbsp double cream
Fling all of the above in a casserole dish and stick in the oven for about 1 hour.
Cook some rice (3 points worth)
Serve together.
