Caribbean Baked Bananas with Rum

Serves 4

4 large firm bananas
juice of ½ lime
juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp rum (optional - 1 pt)
2 rounded tsp light soft brown sugar
2 heaped tbsp sultanas
1 tsp butter
grated nutmeg

Preheat the oven to gas 4/350°F/180°C .
Cut the bananas in half lengthways and place them in the dish. Pour the lime and orange juice, and the rum if using, over the bananas. Sprinkle over the sugar and sultanas, dot with butter and add some grated nutmeg. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with WW vanilla ice cream if you have the points!
