apricot halves (tinned in juice) plus 4 tbsp of the juice
8oz
grapefruit (tinned in juice) plus 4 tbsp of the juice

clove garlic, crushed
1
tbsp curry powder
½
tsp ground ginger
black
pepper
150g
natural yogurt
Liquidise
the apricots and grapefruits with the juice. Place in a pan with the
remaining ingredients except the yogurt. Bring to the boil and simmer 20
mins. Check seasoning and serve, topped with yogurt
